Event Details

Following Henry Hudson’s famous voyage of 1609, Dutch traders and farmers established a presence within today’s boundary of New York. Join Dr. Michael Lucas, Curator of Historical Archaeology at the New York State Museum, as he talks about the everyday objects that the Dutch brought with them and what archaeology can tell us about their multiple uses.
