Groups expecting 6 or more attendees may reserve the Community Room.

Capacity limits depend on the type of group using the room:

  • Groups using a BPL library card to book the room: 25
  • Registered non-profit organizations: 65

 

Equipment

You may request the use of the Community Room's projection system, podium, computer, microphones, and other equipment when making your room reservation.
