Meeting Description
WeGOTV holds several monthly letter writing and postcard parties to encourage people to vote in the Swing States. This year all Letters are mailed on Sat Oct 29th. We do letters with addresses supplied by Vote Forward. Through these parties, we sent 30,000 letters and 15,000 postcards for the election in 2020. We ask for a voluntary donation to cover the costs of writing materials and stamps. We usually have some postcards, as well as pre-printed letters where participants are asked to write one sentence on why they vote, address and stuff envelopes.
