Social Workers from Eddy Alzheimer's Services will be available to speak with caregivers one-to-one of individuals with Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia. Through the Alzheimer's Caregiver Support Initiative they will provide information and guidance to help you with your caregiving journey. <b>This program is supported by a grant from the New York State Department of Health.</b>
