May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and what better way to improve your mental health than by giving yourself a digital detox? Allow yourself some time away from your phones, computers and TV screens and learn about a new brain-healthy habit.
After the presentation, create your own cell phone "home". Our home phones used to have a dedicated spot in our houses, maybe it's time for our cell phones to as well.
