Event Details

A safe day on the water is a fun day! To help ensure our waterways remain safe, New York State is requiring all motorized boaters to take a safe boating course and earn their safe boating certificate by 2025.

This is a cumulative course; students must complete both days to earn their certificate. The second session is on Thursday 4/11, 4:30-8:30 pm. Please do not register unless you can attend both sessions.

Tweens and teens ages 10 and up are welcome. Participants 18 and older must pay a $10.00 fee for their permanent boating safety certificate, payable to New York State Parks.
