May is Mental Health Awareness Month and what better way to improve your mental health than by giving yourself a digital detox? Allow yourself some time away from your phones, computers, and TV screens and learn about a new brain-healthy habit.
In this program, you’ll learn how to best start a digital detox, tips for maintaining a digital detox, how to have a healthy relationship with your phone, and more. Teens welcome!
