Grassroot Givers Book Donation Event

Join Grassroot Givers for our Children’s Book Collection Drive. We are seeking new or like-new books suitable for children aged 10 and under, although donations for all age groups are welcome. This event takes place in front of the library's Garage.

Please note that we are unable to accept the following items: worn or torn books, books older than 10 years, encyclopedias, videos, tapes, CDs, magazines, computer books older than 3 years, or test prep books older than the current year.

All donated books will directly benefit Grassroot Givers’ Book Project, which aims to enrich the lives of Capital Region children. Through our network of over 20 Little Free Libraries, partner nonprofits, schools, HATAS's Feed and Read Backpack Program, and innovative programs like the CDPHP Book Bike, these books will find their way into the hands of eager young readers.
