Mix science and art with this fun and festive craft. Use coffee filters markers and construction paper to make your own chromatography turkeys. Chromatography is the process of separating out the components of a mixture by passing it through an absorbent material. In this case we will use markers and watch how the pigments that make up each marker move at different rates when we dip the coffee filter in water.
