What are the impacts of climate change on our local food? How can New York farmers mitigate the effects of a changing growing environment so they can keep providing high-quality produce to local customers?

Raymond Luhrman of Fox Creek Farms joins the library to share how his farm has overcome climate-related challenges, including tropical storms, drought, and increased pests -- and discuss how our food systems can survive in a changing climate.
