Meeting Description

Civic Saturday is an opportunity to reflect on and rebuild our faith in democracy. It is a gathering where we connect around the values and practices of being an active citizen, reckon with our nation’s history and core beliefs, and build new civic traditions that are joyful and strengthen our democracy here in the Capital Region.

Civic Saturday was created by Citizen University, an organization dedicated to building a culture of powerful, responsible citizenship and now doing so in more than 150 communities around the United States.
