Event Details

What is National Novel Writing Month? NaNoWriMo is an annual challenge in November to encourage people to work on that novel they've always intended to write. Have you read Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell or The Night Circus by Erin Morgenstern. These and many more were NaNoWriMo projects!

Camp NaNoWriMo is a little different than the traditional challenge. During Camp, aspiring authors make their own rules! You decide what your writing goal is and what you want to work on. 15,000 words, 5,000 words, 1,000 words - novel, short stories, poem collection - it's all up to you!

Join us for a special write-in session Tuesdays in April led by Albany ML Grace. Take time to work on your project, do some research, and ask for advice. All you need to bring is ideas and a laptop or notebook. A limited number of laptops are also available to check out at the information desk.
