 in at 6:00 PM on the special events lawn (adjacent to the pool entrance) a
 t Elm Avenue Park, unless an alternate park location is noted.Please be ad
 vised ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PROHIBITED. In case of rain, every effort w
